John Templeton Superheroes Truck Scania v8 in Coles & Sons workshop
The truck that you may fall in love with as it is one of a kind and the most attractive truck for the young ones, adults and for the old ones. Mr. John Templeton, the well known person for the customization of trucks has now almost completed the work of a new customized truck. The last truck that John customized was the famous “Avatar” truck.
However, the recent one is just amazing as it has got the best of the art work in it. The art work was given to the world’s best and famous artist Matt the painter. If you are not aware about Matt the painter then you may want to check the below pictures to get to know about the work of Matt.

The job was not an easy one and it is not possible for a every artist to finish the job with the level of perfection that Matt was able to deliver. Apart from Matt the painter there were a few more people involved in this art work, there were few boys from the Coles Customs along with the truck paint shop, to design the interior suitable for the truck there was a leather expert too. It all started from a blank and a brand new Scania.
The truck was modified to get the best look out of it and there are some changes that have been made in some of the parts of the truck. It is not just that Matt has worked upon the paint of the truck but there were a few parts replaced to give it a cool look. The side skirts were modified along with 3 modified exhaust holes.
The front bumper was replaced with a custom made front bumper to give it the perfect look on its front side. Though, there were some more changes made and custom parts were added to the truck which consists of the lights and such kid of small changes the best part about the truck is its interior. The interior has been given a dashing look with the help of 3 shades, mainly black, white and red leather.
As stated by Matt there are total 64 heroes painted on the outside of the truck. However, it is not just the outside of the truck, the heroes are also painted inside the cabin and there are 14 heroes on the ceiling of the cabin.
On the leather panels in the cabin there are 20 heroes painted. The truck consists of around 100 heroes painted on it and as per the statements of Matt; this was not an easy job to decide which heroes are to be selected. It ranges from the 1938 heroes to the heroes that are famous today.
The artwork is perfect and to protect this work, the truck will be passed through 3 coatings of lacquer before placing it out in the exhibition this year. After the lacquer coatings, the truck will be given a final polishing to give the final touch and complete the task with perfection. The trucks wheel hubs and its chassis are also to be pained to match the entire look of the truck.
