But you must make a plan before swimming, your plan should be 30 minutes. Swimming cardio is one of the best ways to lose weight, especially reducing weight from your belly.

Try to detoxify your body. Must drink 8 glasses of water daily and try to chew food properly in order to promote healthy digestion and prevention from constipation.

Yoga is considered as the best exercise for getting peace of mind. It is a type of meditation, low impact exercise. It increases muscle strength, metabolism, and improves the flexibility of the body. Due to inhalation and exhalation, the process of respiration is also improved. It also helps in weight reduction and improves your cardio health. Improves your athletic performance and provides protection against injuries. You should practice yoga for around 3 to 5 times a week.

Olive oil is rich in monounsaturated fats. It’s ideal for preventing heart disease. Studies have shown that adding olive oil in your food also helps to fight against cancer. Studies have also shown that olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties in it and reduces pain and soreness too.

These tiny beans make you feel energized than any other thing you eat. They are rich in fibers. They get swelled in your stomach and give you a sensation of fullness.

Hot or cold there is nothing better than having green tea. It contains antioxidant properties that help to fight against cancer. It also has anti-inflammatory properties.

Eggs contain a vitamin named as ‘ choline’. Every egg contains 4 grams of muscle-building amino acid in it. If you want your memory to get improved, you must eat  2 eggs daily at breakfast.

There are certain components in milk that help in fats burning. If you don’t include the dairy products in your diet, your bones get weakened, which may lead to osteoporosis in the long run. Excluding milk from your diet also leaves your body angry. So I must have two glasses of milk daily.
